Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water for about 30 minutes
Drain the water and put the potatoes back into a pan
Simmer the potatoes over low heat until they are well drained
Melt the butter and add the lemon juice, scallion, black pepper, and nutmeg
Cover the potatoes with this sauce and sprinkle with grated lemon zest
Serve 6 portions.
