Remove the seeds from the pepper and chop it finely
Mix the ricotta cheese well and add the chopped pepper and pepper sauce to taste
Add the eggs and mix with a wooden spoon until smooth
Gradually add the olive oil and milk in alternating turns, mixing well until you reach your desired consistency
Season with salt to taste and serve over the potatoes.
