Cut each sweet potato into wedges, leaving about 1 cm uncut at the base so they don't break apart
Place in a greased dish
Season with salt and drizzle with chicken broth
Put in a hot oven (250°C), preheated, for 50 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are golden brown and the liquid has evaporated
Mix well the garlic with butter and place small pieces on top of each sweet potato
Serve hot
