Saute the onion in butter for five minutes
Add the curry powder, tomato paste, flour, and black pepper
Mix well
Gradually add the chicken broth, whisking constantly until thickened
Mix the potatoes and fill a casserole dish
Bake in a warm oven for thirty minutes.
