3 medium sweet potatoes (600g) with skin, cut in half lengthwise
1/4 cup of honey (60ml)
2 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
A pinch of ground nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 350°F (medium)
Grease a medium-sized baking dish with oil
Arrange the sweet potatoes in the baking dish and set aside
In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients to obtain a smooth glaze
Spread it over the sweet potatoes and place them in the preheated oven until they're tender, basting with the glazing sauce as needed (about 30 minutes)
Cut the sweet potatoes into small pieces and serve immediately
