4 medium-sized sweet potatoes (1 200 g)

Cook the sweet potato until it's tender but still firm
Peel carefully and cut in half lengthwise
Make a hole in the sweet potato without damaging the sides or bottom
Pass this through a sweet potato with the remaining ingredients (minus cheese or paprika) using a food processor or blender, then fill the reserved sweet potatoes
Sprinkle with cheese or paprika and bake in a moderate oven (180°C) preheated for about 20 minutes or until well heated
Serve hot.
