Mix well the ricota cheese, natural low-fat yogurt, light mayonnaise, and English-style sauce
Season with dietetic salt to taste and reserve
For the sandwich
On one slice of bread, spread a generous layer of the reserved ricotta mixture and half of the grated carrot
Cover with another slice of bread, another layer of ricotta, the remaining carrot, smoked pork breast, and finally, the other slice of bread
Cut the sandwich in half and decorate each half with a cherry tomato and 1 leaf of lettuce.
