2 small onions, finely chopped
3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of chicken broth
1/2 cup of sour cream
a few drops of pepper sauce
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 cooked sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 slices of prosciutto, thinly cut
2 small pickled cucumbers, finely chopped
1 cup of strong grated cheese
2 small onions, finely chopped

Sauté the onion in 1 tablespoon of butter until it's soft but not browned
Add the flour
Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes
Add the broth, sour cream, pepper sauce, and Worcestershire sauce
Continue cooking over low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon, for 10 minutes
Fry the sweet potatoes in the remaining butter for 5 minutes
Mix all the ingredients together, except the cheese, with a sautéed onion and cream
Place the mixture into a 1-liter refrigerator-safe dish and cover with grated cheese
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 15 minutes
Serve 4 to 6 servings.
