3 large cooked potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 cube beef bouillon
2 sprigs chopped fresh parsley

Fry the potatoes in hot frying oil
Leave to golden brown. Reserve
Melt the butter and add the flour
Gradually add the milk, stirring until thickened
Add the bouillon cube to the sauce and stir until dissolved
Place the potatoes in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them
Sprinkle with parsley
Bake at 350°F for 4 portions.
