In a hot skillet, melt the 2 soup spoons of butter and fry the onion until it browns
Pound the steaks and add them to the skillet
Cook them on both sides until they're cooked to your liking
Add the parsley, green shallots, Worcestershire sauce, and another soup spoon of butter
Mix well, season with salt and black pepper, and continue cooking until it reaches the desired point
Remove the steak and place rice in the skillet to soak up the sauce
Serve in 2 portions
