1 medium onion, cut into rings

3 eggs
2 cups of milk
1 cup of butter, softened
3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
3 cups of all-purpose flour

In a pan, heat the olive oil and fry the bacon until crispy
Add the onion, spinach leaves, salt, and black pepper
Let it simmer until the onion and spinach are soft
Let it cool and set aside
Dough
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
In a blender, whisk together the eggs, milk, butter, Parmesan cheese, and yeast
Gradually add the flour while still whisking
Place half of the dough in a 12 cm x 28 cm loaf pan, greased and floured
Spread the filling over the dough, then top with the remaining dough
Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until the cake is golden brown.
