Boil the water with the butter
Add the flour gradually, stirring constantly until it forms a ball at the bottom of the pot
Turn off the heat, mix in the eggs one at a time and the cooked sweet potato
Season with salt, pepper, and herbs
Let it cool down and shape into small balls
Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
