400g of frozen mashed potatoes
8 canela sticks
Salt to taste

Season the potato with salt and bring it to a simmer in a non-stick skillet over medium heat with 1 cup of water
Once boiling, let it cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and most of the liquid has evaporated
Add the heavy cream, lemon juice, nutmeg, and mix well
Serve with chicken and garnish with canela sticks.
