3 eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 nutmeg
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
1 cup of rum

Combine the eggs, vanilla extract, and nutmeg in a blender
Blend for 5 minutes to remove any egg taste
Add the condensed milk and evaporated milk, blending constantly
Continue blending while adding the rum gradually
Chill in the freezer for 1/2 hour
If desired, reduce the sweetness by removing some of the vanilla extract and adding only a few drops of vanilla
You can also increase the amount of rum to 1 1/2 cups
This cocktail can be stored in sealed bottles in the refrigerator
Enough quantity will yield approximately 1 liter of drink.
