1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 measure of rum
2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup crushed ice
maraschino cherry

In a blender, combine all the ingredients except for the maraschino cherry
Bend until it's frothy and creamy
Pour into a tall glass (capable of holding 360g) and garnish with the maraschino cherry.
