In a blender, pour the boiling water and sprinkle the gelatin
No liquidifier required
Cover and blend on low speed for 30 seconds or until the gelatin is dissolved
Add the crushed ice and liqueur
Blend on high speed until the ice is melted (about 30 seconds)
Pour into a mold with a hole in the middle, capable of holding 4 cups
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
Unmold
If desired, portion into 4 glasses or a glass bowl and refrigerate until slightly thickened (in glasses, about 5 minutes; in the bowl, about 20).
