1 1/2 sheets of unflavored gelatin
3 3/4 cups whole milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 cup shredded fresh coconut (110g)
1 cup heavy cream (240g) or 1 can of heavy cream

Make this recipe the day before
Mix the gelatin with milk
Whisk well and heat until dissolved
Add sugar, salt, and shredded coconut
Let it cool until it starts to thicken
Beat the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks
Add the beaten cream or canned cream to the coconut mixture
Pour into a mold or individual molds and refrigerate for at least one day
Chill for 12 hours
Unmold and garnish with shredded coconut.
