4 egg yolks

1 cup of whipped cream or store-bought chantilly, chilled

Beat the egg yolks
Add the sugar gradually
Add 1 cup of orange juice
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens slightly
Soften the gelatin in the remaining orange juice (1/4 cup)
Add to the egg yolk mixture
Mix well
When it starts to thicken, add the liqueur and whipped cream
Pour into a 4-cup mold or individual cups that have been lightly greased with butter
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight
Unmold
Garnish with orange slices, if desired
Serve 4 to 6 portions
