Orange glaze:
2 1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/3 cup of sugar
1 cup of orange juice
whipped cream

Sprinkle 7 oranges with sugar and let it rest for 30 minutes
Mix the ricotta cheese with 1 tablespoon of sugar and grated orange peel
Spread on the bottom of the pre-baked cake crust and chill
Prepare the glaze by mixing all the ingredients and cooking over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and becomes transparent
Let it cool
Spread 1/2 cup of this glaze over the ricotta cheese
Drain the orange segments that have been resting with sugar
Arrange on top of the glaze
Place the remaining orange segments around it
Seal with the remaining glaze and decorate with whipped cream.
