1 can of caramelized pÃssegos
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of flavorless gelatin
1 cup of whipped cream or chilled and sweetened whipped cream

2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of flavorless gelatin
1 cup of whipped cream or chilled and sweetened whipped cream
Puree the pÃssegos in a blender
Soften the gelatin by mixing it with 1/2 cup of caramelized pÃssegos' broth
Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until dissolved
Add to the pÃssegos puree mixed with lemon juice
Mix well
As the mixture starts to thicken, add the whipped cream
Pour into a 4-cup capacity mold and grease it lightly with butter or cooking spray
Chill in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight
Unmold and decorate with caramelized pÃssegos slices, if desired
Serve 4-6 portions.
