Mass: 3 boxes of grape gelatin,
4 and 1/2 cups (scant) of boiling water,
2 cups (scant) of cream sorbet,
3 boxes of strawberry gelatin,
2 cups (scant) of cold water
Mass: 3 boxes of grape gelatin,
4 and 1/2 cups (scant) of boiling water,
2 cups (scant) of cream sorbet,
3 boxes of strawberry gelatin,
2 cups (scant) of cold water
Dissolve the grape gelatin in 2 and 1/2 cups of boiling water
Stir until fully dissolved
Add the sorbet and mix well to incorporate completely with the gelatin
Pour into a greased mold and refrigerate for 40 minutes
Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in the remaining boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved and then mixing with cold water
Let it cool for about five minutes and place on top of the grape gelatin with sorbet set firm
Return to the refrigerator to set firm again
Serve when ready
