1 cup of strawberry puree
1/2 cup of sugar
1 leaf of gelatin
2 cups of hot water
1 cup of strawberry puree

Mash the strawberries in a little bit of water
When you obtain 1 cup of strawberry puree, mix in 1/2 cup of sugar, dissolved gelatin in 2 cups of hot water and strawberry juice
Refrigerate
When partially frozen, remove from refrigerator and whip again
Gelatin can be substituted with 2 egg whites beaten to a snow-like consistency.
