4 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons of sake
8 ounces of Wagyu beef filet
To taste: salt and black pepper

1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
Chopped green onions to taste

In a pan, combine the lime juice, orange juice, water, soy sauce, and sake
Bring to a simmer for a few minutes
Remove from heat and reserve
Season the beef with salt and black pepper
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef on both sides until cooked to desired doneness
Remove from heat and transfer to a plate
Slice the beef into thin strips
Divide onto two plates
Ladle the sauce over the beef
Garnish with grated ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green onions
Serving immediately.
