Combine the first three ingredients in a saucepan
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until thickened and the bottom of the pan is visible
Remove from heat and let cool
Grease your hands with butter and shape small balls (about 1 inch) using a spoon and then roll them in shredded dry coconut
Decorate each little kiss with a pomegranate flower.
