Mix the cake crumbs, almonds or caju nuts, and sugar
Pulse half of the cherries and add them to the mixture
Add the orange juice
Mix well
Form 15 fritters
Heat the rosewater gelatin in a saucepan
Dip each fritter into the warm gelatin
Dust the fritters with colored sprinkles or crystallized sugar
Place in paper cups and garnish with remaining cherries, cut in half.
