4 medium-sized pita breads (300g)
200g smoked turkey breast, cut into 16 slices
3 medium-sized tomatoes (300g), diced coarsely
2 cups chopped cucumber (90g)
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds (40g)
For the yogurt sauce
1 cup plain yogurt (200g)
3 tablespoons grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil (60ml)

Using a sharp knife, cut the pita breads in half
Distribute the slices of smoked turkey breast between the pita halves and top with diced tomato and cucumber
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Set aside
Prepare the yogurt sauce: In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together until smooth
Spread the yogurt sauce over the filling and cover with the remaining pita bread slices
Place the bites on plates and serve immediately
