Remove all fat from the steaks and season them with the minced garlic and salt. Reserve

In a flat plate, beat the eggs lightly
On another flat plate, place the breadcrumbs

Dip both sides of each steak in the eggs and let the excess drip off
Then coat in breadcrumbs

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the garlic with skin to prevent the breadcrumbs from burning
