In a bowl, combine the red wine, garlic (minced), and parsley
Place the steaks in this marinade
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour
Dry the steaks and fry them
Peel the onions, slice them finely, and sauté them in hot butter or margarine with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lime juice
Serve over the fried steaks and garnish with parsley.
