400g long pasta
'1/3 cup' olive oil
4 cloves garlic, mashed
300g sardines, cleaned and without dorsal fins
'1/3 cup' white raisins
Salt and black pepper to taste
3 soup spoons chopped fresh parsley
2 soup spoons vinegar
1 pinch of red pepper flakes

Bring 5 liters of water to a boil with 1 soup spoon of salt
Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente

In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat
Add the garlic and sauté until soft
Add the sardines and stir with a spoon to flake apart the meat
Add the raisins
Season with salt and pepper

Top with chopped parsley, vinegar, and dried red pepper flakes
Let it warm well

Drain the spaghetti and immediately add it to the sauce
Mix and serve.
