In a processor or food grinder, grind the chicken with parsley
Add Parmesan cheese and egg
Season with salt and pepper
Divide the mixture into four parts and shape the hamburgers

MAKE THE SAUCE: In a pan, sauté all ingredients over high heat for 3 minutes
Cover, reduce heat, and cook for 15 minutes
