Start by preheating the oven
In a deep bowl, mix the beef, drained corn (that is, let all the liquid from the can drain before removing the corn), onion, egg, mustard, salt, and pepper
Cut the celery into strips
Remove a little bit of the core and place the meat on half of the celery, piling it a bit
