1 can of solid tuna (198g)
1/2 cup of fresh breadcrumbs or croutons
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 tablespoons of ketchup
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of finely chopped pickles
1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
butter or margarine for frying

In a bowl, mix together the tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, onion, pickles, and lemon juice
Form two burger patties
Fry in butter or margarine until golden brown on both sides, about 2 minutes per side
Serve 2 burgers.
