Soak the bread in milk, mix with beef, salt and pepper, and the onion
Shape 4 or 5 oval-shaped patties
Coat in wheat flour and fry on both sides until cooked through
Remove the patties and add a little more butter to the skillet
Sauté the bell pepper until soft
Remove the bell pepper
Add the mushrooms
Fry quickly
Place some bell pepper and mushrooms on top of the cutlets and serve with tomatoes stuffed with rice, colored with açafrão: let the rice cook with the açafrão.
