Dreww a large skillet over medium heat
Add 3 tablespoons (1 ounce) butter or margarine and sauté the onions until they are translucent
Remove from heat and combine with other ingredients
Mix well, pressing together to form 12 steaks, each about 4.7 inches in diameter
Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, separated individually by waxed paper
Freeze until firm
Then, transfer to a plastic bag, seal tightly, and return to the freezer
Once frozen solid, remove from freezer and use as desired.
