1 cup of 200g plain yogurt at room temperature
6 round beef patties (you can use frozen burgers)

Melt the butter or margarine in a small pan
Add the onion, green pepper, and flour, stirring constantly
Cook over low heat, stirring continuously, until the onion is soft
Add the beef broth and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until thickened
Meanwhile, whisk the yogurt until creamy and add it to the sauce
Bring to a boil
Fry the beef patties on both sides, spoon the sauce over them, and serve
