2 soup spoonfuls of butter or margarine
1 large onion, cut into rings
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 kg of cod fish (hake), cut into pieces
2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup of potatoes, cubed
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
1 soup spoonful of salt
1 soup spoonful of wheat flour
1 cup of white wine
2 soup spoonfuls of butter or margarine

Melt the butter or margarine in a pressure cooker pan and sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown
Add the remaining ingredients in the order given above, dissolving the flour in the wine
Close the cooker and when steam starts to form, cook for 3 minutes
Rapidly chill under cold water and serve
In a regular pot it would take 30 minutes
Serve 5 portions.
