In a bowl, mix the egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper, along with the mustard, onion, ketchup, paprika, parsley, capers, and lemon juice until smooth
Add the beef and slowly incorporate the fat while mixing well
Shape into a burger patty and place on a plate
Garnish with arugula and a thinly sliced radish, placed over a tomato slice
Serve 3-4 times.
