1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup shredded melted cheese
1 tablespoon ground kummel (comes in packets)
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 to 2 1/2 tablespoons cold water

Sift the flour and add salt and pepper
Add the butter or margarine in small pieces, mixing well
Add the cheese and kummel, mixing lightly
Add the Worcestershire sauce mixed with 1 tablespoon of cold water to the previous mixture
Add the remaining water and mix well with a fork until everything is moistened
Shape into a ball
Open on a slightly floured surface
Open very thin and cut into strips 8 x 1 cm
Place in a hot oven in an ungreased baking dish for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned
Let stand for about 6 days.
