Ingredients: 250 g of flour; 50 g of cornstarch; 150 g of butter or margarine; 1 large egg; 80 g of granulated sugar; 1/2 spoonful of milk; 1/2 spoonful of lime juice; a pinch of salt; a little grated lime peel

Directions

Mix all the ingredients and knead well

Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for some time

Divide it into two parts

Add a generous tablespoon of melted dark chocolate and one spoonful of softened butter to one half

Roll out both parts of the dough into equal rectangles

Brush milk over one part and place the other on top

Wrap the two layers together like a roll and refrigerate until firm

Cut into thin slices that should be baked in a medium oven until golden.
