Mix the sugar, butter, and eggs well. Reserve
Partly mix the soy flour, sweet cornmeal, and flours
Add to the reserved mixture gradually and knead until smooth
Shape into desired forms using a fork and apply gentle pressure to each
Place in an ungreased baking sheet and bake in a medium oven until golden brown
Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
