Cream the peanuts with the butter and sugar until smooth
Add the egg and mix well
Gradually add the flour mixed with the baking powder and mix until just combined
Shape into cookies on a lightly greased baking sheet (with the help of a large cookie scoop)
Form the desired shape
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned
Remove from the baking sheet and let cool on a wire rack
Yield: 35 cookies.
