Mix all ingredients quickly to obtain a smooth dough
Refrigerate for 1 hour or more
Roll out the dough into strips about one finger thick
Cut the dough into pieces of 5cm
Shape these pieces into rolls of 7 1/2 cm in length with your palms
Form into crescents and place on greased baking sheets
Bake in a slow oven for about 20 minutes or until they are dry and lightly golden brown
Place plenty of powdered sugar on a plate
With a spatula, place the warm biscuits onto the plate
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
