In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar
Add
the egg and mix until smooth
Combine the flour, yeast, and salt and mix until a homogeneous dough forms

Shape into balls with a spoonful of dough and place in a round refrigerator dish, leaving ample space between each biscuit
If using a 20-centimeter-diameter refrigerator, place five biscuits of dough at a time
Dust each biscuit with flour
Dust with the all-purpose flour mixed with cinnamon

Microwave on high for 1 minute
Turn off and wait 1 minute before microwaving again for another minute
Remove and let cool until crispy
Remove the biscuits from the refrigerator dish with the help
of a spatula.
