Mix all ingredients in a bowl until you get a homogeneous mass
Put small portions in the sifter
In a greased and floured baking sheet, shape leaf designs
Bake in medium temperature until the shortbread cookies start to brown
Remove from oven and, with a spatula, gently loosen the mass from the baking sheet before it cools down
Dress up your dessert and serve.
