In a bowl, mix the butter with the brown sugar
Add the egg and stir
Combine the flour, yeast, and salt, mixing well until a homogeneous mass forms
Make balls with 1 tablespoon of dough and place in a round refrigerator, leaving a large space between each
Dip each ball in wheat flour
Dust with the mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon
Place in the microwave, on high power, for 1 minute
Let rest for 1 minute and turn off the oven after half a minute
Remove from the microwave and let cool completely until crispy
Remove the cookies from the refrigerator with the help of a spatula
