60g unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla

For the topping

1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup milk
60g unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream together the butter, confectioners' sugar, and egg
Add the flour, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts; mix well
Cover the bowl
Refrigerate for 1 hour or more
Divide the dough in half
Shape each half into a roll with a diameter of 3.5 cm
Wrap each roll in aluminum foil or parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 8 hours
Preheat the oven to 200° (hot)
Cut into slices
Place on an ungreased baking sheet
Bake for about 8 minutes
Remove from the baking sheet immediately and let cool
Once cooled, top with the topping: warm together all ingredients except vanilla, stirring occasionally
Add the vanilla; stir until thickened
Cover the biscuits.
