2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup shredded coconut

Sift together the flour, yeast, and salt
In a bowl, beat the butter until creamy
Gradually add the mocha powder and beat until smooth
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
Gradually add the flour mixture and vanilla extract, mixing well after each addition
Add the rolled oats and shredded coconut
Use a spoon to shape into mounds on an ungreased baking sheet
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
Cool and serve.
