1 In a mixer, beat the butter until creamy
Add the egg yolks and condensed milk and continue beating until smooth
2 Add the grated lemon zest
Fold in the flour and baking powder mixture gently
3 Lightly grease a large baking sheet
4 Use a spoon to place small portions of the dough, leaving space between them
5 Sprinkle with pecans and bake at 325°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool
6 Melt the chocolate in a piping bag and decorate the biscuits.
