6 figs in syrup

In a bowl, whisk together the egg, olive oil, wheat flour, and yeast
Gently pat the figs dry with paper towels and coat each one in the mixture
Then, fry them in hot oil until golden brown
Drain them on paper towels and dust with confectioner's sugar

Whisk together the apricot jam and white wine
Assembly
Cut each fig in half lengthwise
Place a portion of the sauce on a plate
On top, arrange two halves of the figs and, beside it, a ball of ice cream.
