In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours
Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (170°C)
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin
Cut into small cups or biscuit cutters and place in an ungreased baking sheet
Bake at moderate temperature (170°C) for 6 to 10 minutes or until the edges start to brown
Let cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet
Remove and let cool completely before storing
Store in tightly sealed containers.
